Bigger Life Plans
2013

When I came across this quote on Pinterest from In Her Shoes it was at the most opportune time. Life can throw you some serious curves and redirect your path when you least expect it. This blog has been silent for a bit for this exact reason. Although I didn’t expect it I am grateful for the new opportunities in my life. I am back to a career field that excites me and helps me grow everyday. I am part of a great team and am really enjoying these new challenges.
Please forgive the temporary hiatus while I got my life back in order. I have missed you and hope you missed me just a little. This year is a big one for us for many reasons one of the biggest is our first daughter will start kinder in the fall and if all goes well she’ll be in a dual-language program. I can’t even begin to tell you just how excited and scared we are. There is so much opportunity in our horizon that the view gets more spectacular each day.
I hope you’ll join me on this crazy life journey. Parenting while working full-time, raising bilingual daughters, our faith journey, a little crafty fun, a few reviews & giveaways, and of course making time for travel with our kids. I’ll share it all and in the process hopefully you’ll learn from my mistakes and/or successes.
I’m grateful for God’s plans despite any of the circumstances of my days because I know he wants to prosper me. The hard part is letting God work without my stubborn attempts to direct him. How about you all? How is 2013 starting out for you?

I love that saying. It is such a nice reminder to see it here today.
Congratulations on the new career opportunity!

This is going to be a big year for us too with my munchkin starting school this fall. That day will be the longest he has ever spent away from me. So far this year has been a little tough but we are surving. Glad to have you back!
