What we can’t help with

• Medical questions about your child. We can’t give personal medical advice. Please contact your pediatrician, or local emergency services if it is urgent.
• Orders or returns from the store that used this address before. We are not that business and have no access to its records.
• Bookings. We don’t sell trips, flights, hotels or products.
• Paid placements or sponsored posts. We don’t accept them.
