Baby baggage
When flying with Avianca, infants are entitled to their own baggage allowance. At no extra cost, you can bring one personal item for your baby, such as a small backpack or a diaper bag. This is a separate allowance and does not count against the personal item permitted for the accompanying adult. This lets you keep your baby’s essentials separate and easily accessible during the flight.
“Infants may carry one personal item at no additional cost, this can be a small backpack or diaper bag, in addition to the adult’s personal item.”
