Strollers and car seats
For each child, you can check one fully collapsible pushchair, travel system, or baby sling for free, plus one other item like a car seat, booster seat, or travel cot. If you have purchased a seat for your child, you may use an approved car seat on the plane. It must be a forward-facing type with a 5-point harness and not exceed 17 inches (43 cm) in width. The seat must have a US label stating ‘Certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft’ or have a European Standard Mark. For children 12 months or older in their own seat, an Amsafe CARES restraint may also be used.
